Our one-to-one coaching programs assist you to:

  • Manifest your vision.

Discovery Session: Identify Your Strengths and Challenges

Wondering how to get the best out of the life you are experiencing right now?  Sign up for a 90-minute Body-Mind-Spirit Assessment.  Using the methodology of art therapist Joan Kellogg, we explore the patterns of your life cycles, discovering how you are experiencing your strengths and challenges in your current circumstances.  You’ll get a birds-eye view of your life, and recognize options and solutions that you may have missed.  If you can’t come in person, I’ll meet you on Skype or Facetime for this session.  You’ll find out why!  Learn more…

Inner Guidance Session: Your Wisdom Voice Speaks

Ready to meet up with the inner characters that make up you?  These metaphorical characters are the key to recognizing how you create and respond to your challenges, and how you can bring into your life an excitement for being you.  In this three hour one-on-one workshop using music, imagery, art, and metaphor, you will find your inner teachers guiding you to release the old habits and limiting beliefs that get in your way, and suggesting ways to move on to creating the life of fulfillment and joy that you see before you.
